I can no longer use Beoremote One to control my Beovision Harmony. What can I do?

Screen software version 03.20.12 unfortunately causes the connection between Beoremote One and Beovision Harmony to be lost. A software update resolving this issue has been released.

Please use the Bang & Olufsen app to ensure that your Beovision Harmony is set to install updates automatically and that it is connected to the Internet.
