By swiping the touch bar up or down on the left side of the headphones, you can adjust between ANC and Transparency mode or when in calls, between ANC and Own Voice. At maximum level, ANC completely blocks out noise from the surroundings. You can choose between 5 different levels of ANC, and you can toggle between them in the Bang & Olufsen app.
