How do I reset the Bluetooth pairings on my Beoplay Portal PC PS?

If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues with pairing, you can reset Beoplay Portal PC PS to factory settings as described below:

      Charge Beoplay Portal PC PS for at least 20 minutes.

      • Connect the included USB-A to USB-C cable to Beoplay Portal PC PS and to a charging adapter and connect the charging adapter to a power supply.
      • After charging your Beoplay Portal PC PS for 20 minutes, they are ready for the first-time setup.
      • Note: A charging adapter of a maximum of 5V / 3A can be used to charge your Beoplay Portal PC PS.

      Switch on Beoplay Portal PC PS

      • To switch on your Beoplay Portal PC PS, simply press the Power button on the right earcup for 1.5 to 5 seconds and make sure that the headphones are switched on before continuing to the next step.

      Reset Beoplay Portal PC PS

      • Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the left earcup for more than 8 seconds.
      • When the light indicator flashes red for 5 seconds, Beoplay Portal PC PS are reset to factory settings (all paired devices are removed).
      • After resetting, the headphones will automatically restart. The light indicator on the right earcup right above the Power button will turn solid white, and the headphones will automatically connect to the dongle, provided that the dongle is inserted into a PC or a console.

Note: After resetting, you will need to pair your Beoplay Portal PC PS to your mobile device again. This means that you need to remove the product from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your mobile device before adding them again as well in the Bang & Olufsen app.
