Charging the earphones

  • Make sure that both earphones in the charging case. The light indicator will flash orange to indicate that they are charging.
  • When Beoplay EX are fully charged (100% battery), the light indicator becomes solid green.

    Note: 20 minutes of charge gives up to 2 hours of playtime. The light indicator on the charging case will pulse orange when the earphones are charging.

Charging the case

  • Connect the USB-C cable to your charging case and to a power adapter or place it on a Qi-certified charging pad. The light indicator on the charging case will pulse orange to indicate that they are charging.*
  • The charging time is approximately 2 hours.
  • When the charging case is fully charged (100% battery), the light indicator becomes solid green for 5 seconds.

*Accepts up to 5 V / 3 A (15 W). You can safely use a higher‑wattage USB charger, but the product will draw a maximum of 15 W.
