To find the serial number on Beoplay Portal PC PS, please look between the housing and the left ear cushion. Here you can find the (SN followed by an 8-digit number).
Alternatively, if your Beoplay Portal PC PS are added to the Bang & Olufsen app, you can find the 8-digit serial number under the three dots in the top right corner "Product settings -> About", on your invoice and on the Beoplay Portal PC PS packaging.
