What happens if I close the Bang & Olufsen app during a software update of my Beoplay Portal PC PS?



You can always open the Bang & Olufsen app again and follow the steps to resume the software update from where you have stopped:

Open the Bang & Olufsen app and select Beoplay Portal PC PS. If new software is available, it will be shown in the top of the product menu, or you can simply tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner. Here you select “Product Settings -> Software -> Update Software”. A small red dot will indicate if a software update is available.


Note: Please do not close the app while updating your headphones and remember to have your mobile device and headphones close to each other. The light indicator will pulse green while the update is in progress.
When the update is done, it will take approximately 30 seconds for the headphones to reboot. When the light indicator turns solid white, your Beoplay Portal PC PS have been updated and are ready for use.
