The light indicator on the Beoplay EX charging case will turn solid green for 5 seconds once the software has been successfully updated. When the indicator turns off, your Beoplay EX are ready for use.
Note: If you wish to continue using the Bang & Olufsen app with the earphones placed in the charging case, please close and open the charging case lid again to reinitiate the connection between your Beoplay EX and the app.
