You can update the software via the Bang & Olufsen app:
Open the Bang & Olufsen app and select Beoplay EX. If new software is available, it will be indicated on the product page.
Tap the Software update button and follow the instructions in the app.
Note: Please do not close the app while updating your earphones and remember to have your mobile device and earphones close to each other. The charging case light indicator will pulse green while the update is in progress, and it will turn solid green for 5 seconds once the software has been successfully updated. When the indicator turns off, Beoplay EX are ready for use.
