I have a problem connecting my Beosound 2 using Bluetooth. What can I do?

We recommend setting up Wi-Fi before pairing Beosound 2 with Bluetooth devices. If an error occurs, reset Beosound 2 to factory settings to remove all paired devices and set up Beosound 2 once again (learn how to reset Beosound 2 here).
