How to activate the "Remote support" option on the Bang & Olufsen app

By enabling the remote support feature, you give our supporters direct access to all products associated with your Bang & Olufsen account.

The access is automatically disabled after 7 days, unless it is revoked by you.

When access is enabled, we have the possibility to:

  • Read product user data
  • Change product settings
  • Change the product behaviour

 

How to enable remote support:

  • Open the Bang & Olufsen app.
  • Tap the product selector in the lower-left corner

  • Tap the Settings icon in the upper-left corner of the pop-up.

  • Select the "Support" section.

  • Select "Allow remote support"

  • Check the box to allow Bang & Olufsen to access your product(s).

  • Tap "Allow".

  • Select "Revoke remote support" to revoke remote access.
