Difficulties connecting via Bluetooth can be due to outdated firmware. You can update your products using the Bang & Olufsen app:
Open the Bang & Olufsen app and select your product*. If new software is available, it will be shown in the top of the product menu, or you can simply tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner. Here you select “Product Settings -> Software -> Update Software”. A small red dot will indicate if a software update is available.

Tap the Software update button and follow the instructions in the app.
