In most cases, our Bluetooth products can connect to devices such as computers with Bluetooth 4.0 and an A2DP Bluetooth profile, provided that the hardware and drivers of the device are also compatible.
However, e.g. the computer protocols in the market are inconsistent due to variations in the hardware used. Due to this inconsistency, we cannot guarantee that a product can connect via Bluetooth to all computers.
In case you experience connection issues or Bluetooth signal dropouts, we recommend using an alternative Bluetooth transmitter.
