If your Bluetooth product is used in a stressed Wi-Fi area (2.4 GHz), or if there are many other Bluetooth (2.4-2.48 GHz) devices in the area (the device list in the Bluetooth settings on your music device/mobile will reveal the number of surrounding devices), this will stress the Bluetooth reception to your product also.
To ensure that the Bluetooth connection is not affected by interference from other 2.4 GHz signals, you can move the product and the device to another environment with less wireless activity.
Be aware that many wireless signals use the 2.4 GHz band, so there might be more wireless traffic in your environment than you think (wireless mouse/keyboard, radios, remote controls, microwaves etc.)
