Distance

In some of our earphones, the left and right earphone connect to each other using the Near-Field Magnetic Induction (NFMI) technology, and the device establishes a Bluetooth connection only to the primary earphone (right).

The NFMI connection is only able to be retained in a distance of up to a 30 cm. This means that separating the earphones more than 30 cm from each other will result in sound drop-outs in the left earphone.

This should not be an issue as the earphones are within range of each other when placed in your ears, but be aware that wearing only the left earphone and placing the right earphone further away, e.g. lying on a table, may result in no sound.
