Please note that some of our ear- and headphones support multipoint connection which means that you can actively connect to two devices at the same time. However, it is only possible to receive a sound signal from one device at a time. This means that an incoming call or notification sounds may cause the sound to shift to the other connected device. Doing this repeatedly may cause sound and connection quality to decrease.
If your product does not support multipoint, you will need to disconnect from one device to connect to another.
