Compatibility

Bluetooth chipsets, antennas, profiles and codecs vary from device to device.
Our earphones, headphones and speakers are optimized to be used with phones and tablets. If another device such as a PC or TV is connected to the product via Bluetooth, the quality may vary due to incompatibility. This can result in drop-outs, poor sound quality and even being unable to pair with the product.
This issue can in some cases be resolved by using a Bluetooth transmitter with the device which offers a better/broader compatibility.

 

When using Bluetooth headphones as a computer headset, the sound quality may be affected if the computer changes from a headphones profile to a headset profile to support the microphone signal.
