What do the light indicators on my Beocom Portal MS mean?

Beocom Portal have two light indicators; one showing the status of headphones and one showing the status of the battery:

Product indicator (next to the Power/Bluetooth button)
White  
- SolidSwitched on
- Flashing onceSwitching off (manually or automatically after no signal for 15 minutes*)
Blue
- Solid (5 seconds)Bluetooth connected
- FlashingBluetooth pairing mode (ready to pair with a device) 
Red
- Solid (5 seconds)  Bluetooth pairing failed
- SolidMicrophone muted
- Flashing (5 seconds)  Factory reset
Green
- FlashingIncoming call
- SolidIn a call (microphone unmuted)
- PulsingSoftware update ongoing
Purple
- FlashingNotification from Microsoft Teams
- Flashing (3 times)Teams button pressed. Not signed in or Teams not open.
- Flashing (10 seconds)Headphones connecting to dongle or via USB-C. Not signed in or Teams not open.
- SolidConnected to Microsoft Teams

* Can be disabled in the Bang & Olufsen app

 

Battery indicator
Orange
- FlashingBattery charging 
Green
- SolidCharging complete 
Red
- FlashingCharging error  
- SolidBattery low (2 - 10% charge) 
- FlashingBattery critically low (below 1% charge)
