What do the light indicators on my Beocom Portal UC mean?

Beocom Portal have two light indicators; one showing the status of headphones and one showing the status of the battery:

Product indicator (next to the Power/Bluetooth button)

White  

- Solid

Switched on

- Flashing once

Switching off (manually or automatically after no signal for 15 minutes*)

Blue

- Solid (5 seconds)

Bluetooth connected

- Flashing

Bluetooth pairing mode (ready to pair with a device) 

Red

- Solid (5 seconds)  

Bluetooth pairing failed

- Solid

Microphone muted

- Flashing (5 seconds)  

Factory reset

Green

- Pulsing

Software update ongoing

* Can be disabled in the Bang & Olufsen app

 

Battery indicator

Orange

- Flashing

Battery charging 

Green

- Solid

Charging complete 

Red

- Flashing

Charging error  

- Solid

Battery low (2 - 10% charge) 

- Flashing

Battery critically low (below 1% charge)
