What should I do if my Beocom Portal are unable to Bluetooth auto-connect after entering auto power saving mode?

  • Switch off Beocom Portal by briefly pressing the Power/ Bluetooth button and turn off Bluetooth on your device (phone, computer, tablet, etc.)
  • Then switch on Beocom Portal by briefly pressing the Power/Bluetooth button.
  • Turn on Bluetooth on your device (phone, computer, tablet, etc.)
  • Tap on Beocom Portal to reconnect
