I am experiencing issues when using the Line-in connection on my Beocom Portal. How can I resolve this?

Please note that Beocom Portal need to be switched on when used with a cabled source. This requires that the battery is charged. If you continue to experience an issue, try connecting a different Bang & Olufsen cable and making sure that the USB drivers on your computer as well as the software in your Beocom Portal is up to date. Alternatively, you can find instructions on factory resetting your Beocom Portal here
