To find the serial number on Beocom Portal, please look between the housing and the left ear cushion. Here you can find the (SN followed by an 8-digit number).
Alternatively, if your Beocom Portal are added to the Bang & Olufsen app, you can find the 8-digit serial number under "Product settings -> About", on your invoice and on the Beocom Portal packaging.
