If Beocom Portal are connected to a USB-C cable or 3.5 mm audio cable, disconnect, then reconnect the cable and try again. Please note that your Beocom Portal need to be switched on, even though you are using them with a cable. This is due to the advanced DSP technology in the headphones.

If connected via Bluetooth or wireless via the Beocom Link A or C dongle, your Beocom Portal have a Bluetooth range of up to 12 meters (in line of sight). However, Bluetooth connectivity might be affected by other active Bluetooth devices in the nearby area (e.g., mouse, keyboard, mobile phone, laptops, or 2.4 GHz routers). Try to keep the headphones away from other active Bluetooth devices.

Make sure to be as close as possible to your device and that the signal is not blocked.
