Why can’t I resume music playback on my Beocom Portal after a softphone call?

If your Beocom Portal are connected to your computer through the Beocom Link A or C, and you are unable to resume music playback by double-tapping the right or left disc after ending a softphone call, please ensure that your softphone software is updated to the most recent version.

If the issue persists, please try restarting the softphone program/app on your computer.
