Why are Beocom Portal not connecting to Beocom Link A or C?

There may be another device nearby that is open for Bluetooth pairing, which causes the dongle to pair with this device instead of the Beocom Portal. Please try resetting the dongle and making sure to connect to Beocom Portal in a place with as little interference from other Bluetooth devices as possible.
