The touch interface lets you answer, reject, and end a phone call simply by touching the right or left earphone.
The earphones should be worn properly to ensure that nothing covers the earphones. If not fitted properly, it can impact the sound quality, the microphones and thereby also the ANC performance. Moreover, if not fitted properly, due to the built-in wear sensor in the earphones, the touch controls may be affected.
The intuitive touch field lets you answer calls by single press on either right or left earphone, you can reject and end a phone call simply by double tapping either left or right earphone.

If using an iOS device, you can go into Settings and select “Accessibility”, then select “Touch” and scroll down to bottom and select the setting called “Call Audio Routing” and change it from automatic to “Bluetooth headset”. Then all future calls will be transferred directly to your Beocom EX regardless of whether you accept the call on your Beocom EX or on your iOS device. Please note that a call will only be transferred to your Beocom EX if they are switched on.
