The voice assistant will remain active and listening for trigger words for up to 3 hours after the speaker has entered standby mode. After this period, Beosound A1 2nd Generation will need to be switched on to reactivate the voice assistant. If usb power is connected to the A1 2nd gen it will not enter standby mode, this way you can have Alexa ready at all times.
