If you use your Beocom Portal in a multipoint setup (connected to one device via the dongle and the other via Bluetooth) and experience issues with audio playback when switching from the dongle to Bluetooth, e.g. from computer to mobile device, the issues may be related to the way the device handles the audio routing.
A potential solution is to pause the audio on the device that is currently playing (e.g. computer) before switching to the other device (e.g. mobile device) and then start playback on the other device. This can help to ensure that the audio is properly routed.
