We recommend that you charge your Beoplay Eleven before using them for the first time.Use the Microsoft Swift Pair or Google Fast Pair feature to discover nearby Bluetooth devices, making it easier for you to get connected right from the start. Also, we recommend you set up your Beoplay Eleven in the Bang & Olufsen App(see step3.)

Charge Beoplay Eleven for at least 20 minutes
Place both earphones in the charging case.
Connect the included USB-C to USB-C cable to your charging case and to a charging adapter and connect the charging adapter to a power supply. Alternatively, place the charging case on a Qi-certified charging pad.
After charging your Beoplay Eleven for at least 20 minutes, they are now ready for the first-time setup.
Charge the charging case every 14 days for optimal battery performance.

Switch on Beoplay Eleven
When opening the lid of the charging case for the first time, the earphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The light indicator on the charging case will double pulse white. Note: Make sure that the earphones stay in the charging case

Set up in the Bang & Olufsen app
Download the Bang & Olufsen app if not already installed on your device. In the app, you can add Beoplay Eleven and from there you can update the software, create your own sound profile in Beosonic, and more.
Alternative Bluetooth pairing procedure
If your device is already paired with and connected to Beoplay Eleven, and you would like to Bluetooth pair with another device, you can initiate Bluetooth pairing from the Bang & Olufsen app. Once Beoplay Eleven are added to the app and selected, you are directed to the product page.

Connect to your favourite device
Turn on Bluetooth on your device (phone, computer, tablet, etc.) to scan for new devices.
Beoplay Eleven will appear as an available connection.
Tap Beoplay Eleven to connect.
Your Beoplay Eleven are now ready for use, and you can now take them out of the charging case
Note:When switched on, they will attempt to reconnect to previously paired devices automatically.
