My Beoplay H9i are unresponsive, what should I do?

If the headphones are connected to a USB cable, disconnect the cable first, then reconnect the cable and try again.

Alternatively, you can remove the battery from the compartment in the left earcup and reinsert it. The Beoplay H9i should then be able to power up again.
