My Beoplay A1 is unresponsive, what can I do to resolve it?

If your Beoplay A1 does not switch on, and the indicator light does not indicate when charging, you can perform a hardware reset:
- Make sure Beoplay A1 is not connected to a power source

- Press and hold the power button while at the same time inserting the USB cable (which must be connected to a power source)

- Beoplay A1 should now switch on
