Beoplay H9i factory reset

Follow the instructions below to learn how to reset your Beoplay H9i to factory settings:

1. To reset your Beoplay H9i and remove all paired Bluetooth devices and settings, move the switch to the top position (Bluetooth icon) and hold the switch for around 10 seconds. When the indicator flashes red for 2 seconds, Beoplay H9i is reset to factory settings (all paired devices are removed).
2. Remove all previously paired connections of Beoplay H9i from your mobile device.
3. Switch off your mobile device.
4. Switch on your mobile device after 5 seconds.
5. Enable pairing mode on your Beoplay H9i by moving the switch to the top position (Bluetooth icon) and holding it for 2 seconds. The product indicator will start flashing blue, which indicates that pairing mode is now active, and Beoplay H9i are ready to be connected to your mobile device (phone, computer, tablet, etc.).
6. Beoplay H9i should become available for pairing in the list of Bluetooth devices on your mobile device.
7. Tap Beoplay H9i to connect.
