How do I reset my Beosound Balance?

If you want to remove all paired Bluetooth devices or are experiencing issues, you can reset Beosound Balance to factory settings as described below:

Switch on Beosound Balance

  • Connect the included power cable to the mains supply.
  • Once switched on, the connectivity indicator should turn solid white, if your Beosound Balance is set up and connected to a network.

Reset Beosound Balance

  • Press and hold the previous and next buttons (D) for than 8 seconds to trigger a factory reset. Close and open the Bang & Olufsen app to set up Beosound Balance again.

If the speaker has been set up in the Bang & Olufsen app before, make sure to delete it from the product list before adding it again.
