If you want to remove all paired devices or are experiencing issues while trying to connect, you can reset Beolit 12 to factory settings as described below:

   Fully charge the Beolit 12

   • Connect the included USB cable to the charging port and a charging adapter to a power supply.
   • After charging the Beolit 12 for around 2 hours proceed to the next steps
   
   Note: You can use a charging adapter of a maximum of 220V to charge your Beolit 12.

   Switch on Beolit 12

   • Switch on your Beolit 12 by short pressing the power button

   Reset Beolit 12

   • Press buttons A; then B and C in that order, and hold them down simultaneously. 
   • When the On/Off button and the volume buttons begin to flash, let go of all 3 buttons.
