You can perform a hardware reset on your Beoplay E8 Sport by first placing both earphones in the fully charged charging case. Then press and hold the touchpad of both earphones for 5 seconds while they are still placed in the charging case.
After a few seconds, take the earphones out of the charging case to switch them on.
