When installing your Beosound Shape and setting it up in the Bang & Olufsen app, you will need to enter the Design ID which is used to tell the app exactly how your Beosound Shape is configured.
Once you have saved your design in the customiser, you can find the Design ID for your specific design in the Installation Guide which is available for download.
You can always log in to your account and access your design and its Design ID.
