There can be different explanations for this:
- The Transparency setting might be enabled. Please disable it to play your music at a normal volume level. It can be done by double tapping on the left earphone which switches between ANC - Transparency - Neutral.
- Earwax could be blocking the sound. Please see our video instructions on how to clean your Beoplay EQ here.
In addition, the mesh filter needs to be cleaned or changed. Please contact our customer care team for further assistance.
