Follow the instructions below to learn how to connect your Beoplay A2 Active via the Line-in connection:
- Once connected to the mobile device/source, connect the opposite jack connector directly into the Line-in socket of Beoplay A2 Active and verify that sound can be heard.
- If no sound is heard:
- Ensure that both jack connectors are gently pushed all the way into each jack socket to ensure solid contact.
- Turn up the volume on the connected source and on your Beoplay A2 Active.
- Try using a different cable.
