I am experiencing problems with the touch control/angle sensor of my Beoplay H9i

The proximity sensor is a feature that automatically pauses your music or video streaming when you remove the headphones from the head.
When you put the headphones back on, the music or video starts playing automatically.

If you're experiencing issues with this feature, please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure the headphones are updated to the latest version using the Bang & Olufsen app. Follow the instructions in our software update article here.

2. Ensure that Beoplay H9i are correctly calibrated before use as well as correctly mounted on your head. Visit our article here to learn more.
