In case the left earphone has lost connection to the right (or has been replaced), then it needs to be paired to the right earphone.
Important: The steps below should only be followed if you are unable to trigger the Bluetooth pairing mode on your Beoplay E8 3rd Gen.
Note: The below steps describe the procedure for software version 5.7.0. As the pairing procedure depends on the software version of your Beoplay E8 3rd Gen, please select the procedure description that corresponds with the software version of your Beoplay E8 3rd Gen:

Switch on your Beoplay E8 3rd Gen
- Ensure that there are no other Beoplay E8 3rd Gen within a range of 20 meters.
- Remove both earphones from the charging case to switch them on. The light indicator turns white.

Pair your earphones
- Tap and hold both earphones for 5 seconds.
- If the light indicator turns blue, the earphones are ready for Bluetooth pairing and you can connect them to your mobile device.
- If the light indicator does not turn blue, place the earphones back in the charging case and continue with the steps below.
- Tap and hold both earphones for 5 seconds.

Pair the left and right earphone
- Remove the earphones from the charging case and immediately tap and hold both earphones for 30 seconds until the light indicator changes from white to red and finally to flashing green.
- Once the light indicator has flashed green for 3 seconds, place the earphones back in the charging case.
Note: You have 1 minute to perform the procedure after removing them from the charging case.
- If both your earphones flashed green continue following step 4 below.
- If your earphones did not flash green, try the procedure once again. If it is still not working, see the following article here or contact our customer care team here if you continue to experience difficulties completing the pairing procedure.
